NECO Show Book Orders

We have begun to process NECO Show Book Orders!

Below is the schedule of order processing, including when dealers can expect to see these orders hit their accounts and when they will begin shipping from the warehouse.

Please communicate this schedule with your drivers and warehouse teams. Deliveries are based on the day product will be available – please check your normal delivery/pickup schedules.

Also, please communicate to your accounts payable to ensure all orders release in time for your pickups/deliveries.

  • AC and Grill programs - imported today 5/10 and will begin shipping on Monday 5/13

  • GE Programs (including Haier) will be imported Monday, 5/13 (after 2:00P) and begin shipping on Tuesday, 5/14

  • Speed Queen, ALMO Corp, Eastern Marketing Corp, and other brands not listed within this list will be imported Tuesday 5/14 (after 2:00P) and begin shipping on Wednesday, 5/15

  • Electrolux and Frigidaire programs will be imported Thursday, May 16 (after 2:00) and begin shipping Friday, 5/17

  • Bosch and Thermador orders will be imported, Monday, 5/20 (after 2:00) and begin shipping on Tuesday, 5/21

  • Whirlpool Corp. programs will be imported Tuesday, 5/21 (after 2:00) and begin shipping on Wednesday, 5/22

  • LG and Samsung orders will be imported Wednesday, 5/22 (after 2:00P) and begin shipping on Thursday, 5/23

  • All Misc. Show book brands were processed on Tuesday, 5/14 with exception of the following brands – Broan, Insinkerator, Blomberg, XO, & Marcone – an update will be sent when these orders are processed

Since orders have been downloaded, it will not be possible to edit the order once pick tickets print in our warehouse.

Any/All cancellations will need to be completed as an RA (this can be completed and sent to the warehouse prior to product shipping to avoid multiple handling.)

This schedule was worked around MFG IR programs to ensure members receive the best possible pricing on display items. We will also run the show Bonus EOM for each Display order and issue credits following the import of your orders.

Reminder: Display Allowances are not paid out at time of invoicing (per NECO Show Book) but are paid out after six months, in September 2019. Some brands may issue credits earlier if the group receives payment prior to September.
