Please be advised that we will be conducting computer maintenance on Sunday, December 27th from 7am to 3pm (approximately).
This will affect all websites including B2B (ordering site), Member site (IE RA’s, Reports, Etc), Data Feeds (RWS WebFronts/Retail Deck, AVB Websites, POS Software, etc.)
This will not take the place of our normal Tuesday evening maintenance window, but will be an additional window (this is the maintenance window that was scheduled earlier this month that had to be cancelled due to COVID concerns)
Access to these sites may be intermittent and orders placed on the B2B ordering site during that time may only return web reference #’s until maintenance is completed
Quantity available will not be consistently updated during this timeframe so live inventory data in the B2B site and Retail will be affected
