Please be aware that we will be conducting our Annual Physical Inventory on Friday, January 28, 2022 (after 2:00 pm).
Originally this was scheduled for Saturday, January 29, 2022, however due to the latest weather forecasts for substantial snow Friday night through late Saturday night, the decision has been made to conduct our Annual Physical Inventory the afternoon of Friday, January 28th (after 2:00 pm) instead of Saturday, January 29th as previously announced.
Please review the dates below regarding ordering, returns, delivery appointments & product availability and make sure your staff is aware.
ORDERS (these dates & times remain in effect)
Orders for delivery on Friday, January 28 must be entered by 12:00pm on Thursday, January 27 — NO EXCEPTIONS
For Dealer Pickups — Orders placed after 6:00am on Friday, January 28 will be available for pick up commencing, Monday, January 31
For Dealer Deliveries (Stafford & Reilly’s) — Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday, January 28 will not be delivered on Monday, January 31; these orders will be delivered on your next scheduled delivery day
The Ordering Site will be available during this time, however, available quantities will not be updated; please hold off entering any unnecessary orders until January 30
You will only receive web reference #’s during this time as orders will not be imported into our system
RETURNS
We are requesting that ALL Good Stock and Bad Box returns be returned no later than close of business on Thursday, January 27 — we will resume accepting these RMA’s on Monday, January 31
We are requesting that ALL Damage and Special Order returns be returned no later than close of business on Friday, January 21 — please be aware of this when requesting manufacturer RA’s that expire within 2 weeks; we will resume accepting these RMA’s on Tuesday, February 1
INVENTORY FEEDS/AVAILABILITY
All inventory feeds to RWS/Retail Deck and AVB will be paused at approximately 2:00pm on Friday, January 28, 2022
Feeds will not be updated again until physical inventory is completed or early morning January 29, 2022
Please do not promise merchandise with limited availability to a customer as these items may not be available due to orders being placed while inventory feeds are paused.
DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS
The warehouse will not be scheduling delivery appointments from our manufacturers on Friday, January 28
The following cross dock deliveries will also be affected; we have rescheduled their deliveries as follows; please plan accordingly
February 1 – GE, Whirlpool
February 2 – BSH, Viking
February 3 - Frigidaire
