Please be aware that we will be conducting our Annual Physical Inventory on Friday, January 29th.
Please review dates regarding ordering, returns, delivery appointments and product availability and make sure your staff is aware:
ORDERS
Orders for delivery on Friday, January 29th must be entered by 1:00pm on Thursday, January 28th – NO EXCEPTIONS
Orders placed before 1:00pm on January 29th should not have a pick up date later than January 28th. No orders can be picked up on Friday, January 29th.
For Dealer Pickups - Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 28th will be available for pick up commencing, Monday, February 1st
For Dealer Deliveries (Stafford & Reilly’s) - Orders placed after 1:00pm on Thursday, January 28th will not be delivered on Friday, January 29th; these orders will be delivered on your next scheduled delivery day
The Ordering Site will be available during this time, however, available quantities will not be updated; please hold off entering any unnecessary orders until January 30th
You will only receive web reference #’s during this time as orders will not be imported into our system during this time
RETURNS
We are requesting that ALL Good Stock, Special Order or Damaged returns be returned no later than close of business on Wednesday, January 27th; please be aware of this when requesting manufacturer RMA’s that expire within 2 weeks; we will resume accepting RMA’s on February 1st
INVENTORY FEEDS/AVAILABILITY
All inventory feeds to Retail Deck will be stopped at approximately 3:30pm on Thursday, January 28th
Feeds will not be updated again until physical inventory is completed or early morning January 30th
Please do not promise merchandise with limited availability to a customer as these items may not be available. Members needing orders to ship on February 1st may affect quantity available.
DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS
The warehouse will not be scheduling delivery appointments from our manufacturers on Friday, January 29th
Cross dock deliveries for BSH, GE, FRIGIDAIRE, VIKING & WHIRLPOOL will also be affected
We have rescheduled their deliveries as follows: Please plan accordingly
February 1st – GE, Whirlpool
February 2nd – BSH, Viking
February 3rd - Frigidaire
