IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: The New England Group will be performing a major software upgrade this Thursday 09/24/20 at 4:00 PM
This upgrade will require us to deactivate all access to our server including dealer access to our Member website as log in require access to our servers.
The B2B Ordering Site will also be disabled – No ordering or access to this site during this upgrade. Ordering will be enabled once system is back up Approx. Friday 2A (and the Software upgrade is completed)
This upgrade will take a minimum of 10 hours to complete.
Retaildeck, Webfronts, and AVB Websites will not receive feed updates during this time and have been communicated regarding this update (they will likely freeze the data to ensure no errors to your websites or pricing feeds occur)
Office staff will leave at 4P on Thursday as they will not be able to access our servers and therefore use any of the office computers during this time.
Order cutoff time remains at 1:00P for next day delivery.
Updates that will affect member ordering that will go into effect no later than Monday, September 23rd. (Note: we may be able to complete as early as this weekend pending final Upgrade. Latest will be Monday and this will be communicated once completed)
Part of this upgrade will include new coding to our system. This new coding will set all Backorders entered in our system (new and existing orders) to release based on Order Date/Timestamp and not Requested Date. This is the same as the way we handle orders when product is in stock.
To assist members with inbound inventory we have also extended the requested date to allow you to push out requested deliveries for up to 4 weeks (28 days) – This is a temporary extension due to current availability and increased volume of orders. We will communicate with everyone when we plan to change this request back to 2 weeks (this is pending on current on hand inventory and room available in our warehouse to hold these orders)
